About the Pet Quenchers Family
Densil Allen, Jr., D.V.M. grew up on the Missouri farm where the Allen family lives today. After graduating from the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1971 he owned and operated a veterinary practice for small and large animals. His years in practice only lasted eight years because a shoulder injury prevented him from performing surgery. Upon leaving, he went on to teach 24 years at the University of Central Missouri in the Department of Agriculture, teaching such classes as General Veterinary Science and Animal Nutrition. He has raised cattle and horses since he was three years old and continues to operate Allen Ranch, with quarter horses for trail riding and cattle working and an Angus-cross commercial cow herd. Dr. Allen has devoted his life to caring for animals of all shapes and sizes and is proud to offer this healthy and convenient option for keeping your pets hydrated.
Cyndi Allen grew up in the greater St. Louis area. She graduated from Lindenwood University in Business Communications and operated her own sales agency for eight years. Cyndi moved to Knob Noster, Missouri in 2002 after she met and married Densil. She attended the University of Central Missouri and received her certification in teaching cross-categorical special education. She has been working with sixth, seventh and eighth grades in the local middle school since 2003. “I get the opportunity to work with extraordinary students every day, it is extremely rewarding and I am forever changed because of it,” says Cyndi.
Emma is their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Like many children her age, Emma is extremely active and enjoys horseback riding, playing with her dogs Lizzie II and Frankie, playing outside, doing chores, cooking and reading books. She loves telling people about Pet Quenchers and is quite the spokesperson!
Our entire family is dedicated to being good stewards of the earth for all people, pets and animals. We are excited about this opportunity to bring you Pet Quenchers. Our mission is quite simple: we strive to provide safe, healthy and convenient drinking water for your pet that offers you greater flexibility when wanting to keep your “best friend” with you as much as possible.
We are also committed to giving back to our communities and local charities. We will donate a portion of our profits annually to offer assistance for training “help” dogs, rescue efforts and missions here and around the world.
